2.7mm EVOLOX® Osteosynthesis Plates
This plate is designed to give the surgeon the freedom of poly-axial locking up to 20 degrees inclusive while still being able to contour the plate. This is achieved by protecting the hole with a locking plug (see locking screws) which then forces the deformed metal into the designed crumple zones (patent pending). Contouring can be in the form of 2 way axial bend or twist. These plates have numerous applications, hence the name Osteosynthesis Plate.
Plates will accept screw sizes: 2.7mm Cortical / 3.0mm Cancellous / 2.4mm-2.7mm Locking
